Gorgeous hotel with good restaurant and exceptionally good breakfast. Elegant, spotless room with an extremely comfy bed. Perfect and incredible location, restaurants and golf courses walking distance to the property. 10 min walk to the heart of Summerville.

Caroline was an wonderful host! The breakfasts were five-star and delicious. The king suite seemed like sleeping in a cloud, and the Christmas decorations were beautifully done. The location made it easy to explore everything. We'll definitely be back 🎄

The house was beautiful, with gorgeous flowers and holiday decorations everywhere. Our room was spacious and comfy. Breakfast was a real treat, offering hearty and scrumptious dishes every morning. We visited nearby parks and had a blast exploring. It's just a short drive to the airport. Definitely recommend this place for its warm hospitality and cozy vibes!

The only downside was the parking situation. It felt a bit cramped at times, inconvenient for us.

Our two-night stay was perfect for our family getaway. The Deluxe Queen Suite was spacious and well-equipped with everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated for the season. Caroline and her husband went above and beyond with their thoughtful touches, like providing water bottles in the fridge. We enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning and appreciated the cozy atmosphere. We also loved how close we were to Azalea Park & Sculpture Garden.!

The room was nice, I guess, but that dated shower head was an absolute noyance. Having heard such raving about breakfasts, I expected gourmet meals, but I was right up against other guests at breakfast. I woudl ve been thrilled with a complimentary coffee, but alas, that was too much to ask. Just couldn't give a good review after all.

The location of Caroline's B&B is perfect for exploring the Summerville area while being just a short drive from Charleston. The room we stayed in, the Beautiful Queen Suite, felt luxurious with its spacious layout and thoughtful amenities. I loved the mini fridge stocked with water bottles, perfect for quenching my thirst after a day of exploring. The beautifully landscaped yard added a charming touch to our stay. Breakfast was a highlight. Carol prepared an array of dishes that were both delicious and beautifully presented. One morning, I especially enjoyed the pecan French toast, heavenly. The couple provided excellent tips on local attractions. Parking was a bit tight on-site was great. Would return for the cute atmosphere and fantastic meals.

The location was particularly good, close to the historic area, shops, and restaurants as well as downtown shops and restaurants. the staff was amazing and very friendly. the room was well decorated, spotless, and had a lovely fireplace. Everything was perfect during my stay.

The breakfasts were really good. The location made it easy to explore the nearby historic sites and parks.

The on-site parking was a bit cramped, which could be improved.
